What makes your tea different?
Each tea is chosen not only for its quality but also for the place and story behind it. Every collection is inspired by a region, its landscape, culture, and the way tea is shared and experienced there.
Where do your teas come from?
Our teas are sourced from tea-growing communities around the world, from renowned origins to small farms shaped by generations of tradition.
We work closely with cultivators and independent producers who approach tea with care and respect for the land. Rather than sourcing in large volumes, we focus on thoughtfully crafted teas that reflect where they were grown and the people behind them.
Are your teas loose leaf?
Yes. All of our teas are loose leaf and thoughtfully packaged in vacuum-sealed pouches to preserve freshness, aroma, and character from origin to cup.
How should I prepare the tea?
We recommend preparing the tea in whatever vessel you enjoy most: a teapot, gaiwan, kyusu, oversized mug, or the slightly chipped cup you somehow always reach for. Giving the leaves space to open and unfurl allows the tea to reveal itself gradually from one steep to the next.
However you choose to prepare it, what matters most is taking the time to settle into the ritual itself. To keep the experience approachable, we include a tea bag with every order so the tea can be enjoyed in whatever way feels most natural to you.
Will brewing instructions be included?
Yes. Each tea includes recommended brewing guidance, including water temperature, steeping time, and a bit of history about the tea and the region it comes from. Our teas are meant to be enjoyed across multiple steeps, gradually revealing more depth and character over time.
When will my order ship?
All monthly letters will be processed and mailed between the 1st and the 15th. For our international customers, kindly expect to wait just a bit longer.
For the 6 Month Journey, your first parcel follows the same schedule, shipping on the date slot following the order placement. Each subsequent parcel will continue on a similar rhythm, shipping around the same time each month based on when your journey began.
